Hardware

Server is a server class Intel computer running OS Linux RedHat 9.0 (Fedora Core 3.0/5.0).

Operator’s or user’s workplace is a PC running Microsoft Windows 2000/XP.

Terminal device is either an USB-headset or an USB-telephone, or an IP-Phone.

Software

Server installation consists of both, the essential software modules: application server, integration module, SoftSwitch, IVR server, the information system for managing requests and services, and the optional ones: Fax Server, GateKeeper, recording module, outbound telemarketing module, etc.

Users’ workplaces are equipped with the solution front end - multi-channel software phone Naumen SoftPhone.  This phone is integrated with web-browser, MS Outlook and other user applications.

PSTN connections

Naumen Contact Center connects to telephone networks:

• Straight via IP-channel through telecom operator, providing communication services in VoIP format;
• Over Å1 PRI, FXO channels via additional VoIP gateways.
