The international contact center IVOX provides a bunch of services that a full-scale outsourcing contact center is capable to render: processing incoming requests (either phone calls, or e-mails, or web postings), making outgoing phone calls, sending information over E-mail and SMS, providing services of autoinformer as well as services of intelligent call distribution.
The software platform on which the IVOX Contact Center is functioning, is based on Naumen Contact Center solution that was deployed in cooperation with Startelecom Company personnel. The solution constitutes of the call processing center and the system for managing requests and services that is integrated with billing system. Thanks to comprehensive feature set of the software platform the IVOX Contact Center not only has its customer services personalized, but also delivers a wide range of services including those that are provided by its partners.
The most innovative service of the contact center is «Anna Ivox Personal Assistant» that unifies functions of both, a virtual secretary and a lifestyle manager. The client is given a telephone number, by dialing which he/she can contact his/her virtual secretary at any time of a day and place orders to type a text, fax a document or send an E-mail. In addition, this phone number may serve as a “receptionist” that receives phone calls from the client’s friends and/or partners and afterwards transfers them to the phone number the client is currently using. Lifestyle manager functions enable to deal with various everyday activities, - starting from assisting in obtaining a visa and ending with ordering a table in the restaurant — in order to help the client to find some spare time for either relaxation, or association with his/her friends or relatives or going for hobbies.
